Ken Hagerty
Ken Hagerty, CEO - Ken has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas for over twenty years. He has been an area business owner for over 15 years, with over 20,000 video and alarm customers. Ken holds level 1 and 2 alarm technician licenses. The companies he owns have been voted #1 in Northwest Arkansas for eleven years. Ken has been selected for the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list, is a member of Rotary Club, and is active in the community.
Sherry Dowdy
Sherry Dowdy, Operations Manager - Born in Mena, AR, where most of her immediate family still resides, Sherry has worked for several large companies, such as IBM, USPS, and Fox TV. At Arkansas Security, she has implemented some of the best practices she learned at these companies. She has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, with a minor in Management. She enjoys the entrepreneurial spirit and comfort level at Arkansas Security, where she says she can truly make a difference in employees' lives.
 
Nicolette Keys, Office Assistant and Webmaster - email - Born in Jersey City, NJ, Nicole moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2009. She has a Associate of Science in Nursing with a Minor in Business. Nicole has a background in marketing, customer service and office management. She has also taken over website maintenance from the wonderful John the Computer Guy.

Dave Hadsell
Dave Hadsell, Security Consultant - (479) 936-4286, email - A graduate of Boulder (Colorado) High School and Wesleyan University in Oklahoma, Dave was a pastor for thirty-four years in the Wesleyan Methodist Church and a chaplain for nine years with the Rogers police and fire departments. He is also the head chaplain for Benton County. His hobby is Single Action Shooting Society (SASS) and the Cowboy Shoot. Dave loves the Ozarks and the people of northwest Arkansas. His own ADT system has saved him from fire and smoke damage twice, so he believes in it. He works for Arkansas Security because, "ADT works for me and it will work for you."
Michael Marbut
Michael Marbut, Security Consultant - (479) 616-4777, email - Michael is a State of Arkansas Certified Alarm Technician and has completed his first year with Arkansas Security. He won awards as a school teacher, and is now a member of the International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI). He has donated one Saturday a month for fourteen years to the Juvenile Court system to teach the Firearms Awareness and Safety Training (FAST) program to troubled teens. As an educator, Michael has spent his entire lifetime helping families, and has been diligent with his concerns for child safety. When asked upon retirement why Michael chose to join the staff at Arkansas Security, he said, "That's simple: This affords me the opportunity to work with men and women of the highest standards, providing protection for the families of our community." He takes great pride in knowing that he has a hand in providing a level of protection to the families of our community that saves lives and gives peace of mind.
Jerry Kosier
Jerry Kosier, Security Consultant - (479) 287-9930, email - Jerry is a soldier in the Arkansas Army National Guard and a decorated combat veteran of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He joined the Guard to help his country during college; he was activated to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina in 2005 and two overseas tours doing base security in Kuwait from 2006-2007 and convoy security on the roads of Iraq from 2007-2008. He is currently pursuing a business management degree at the University of Arkansas, and aspires to become a commissioned officer in the active-duty Army. Jerry chose to work with Arkansas Security and ADT in order to continue helping protect people, and truly believes that ADT is something every family should consider. "I pray that good people never experience hardships, especially the ones we're here to help prevent. Unfortunately, bad things happen to good people every day, so if even one life is saved because of my work, it's well worth it."
Doug Smith
Doug Smith, Security Consultant - (479) 841-7226, email - Doug moved from Tucson, AZ to northwest Arkansas in 1978. He is a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Electronics, specializing in Industrial Electronics and Control. A former member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, he served on the Corporate CAD-CAM Advisory Council for TRW, Inc. Doug held the positions of Machinist, Tool and Cutter Designer, Designer / Draftsman, Manufacturing Engineer, Supervisor of Engineering Computer Services, and CNC Programmer. He is also a certified Level 1 Alarm Technician and has worked part-time as an Alarm Consultant since January, 2010."I feel great satisfaction when showing families how to be more safe and secure in their homes."
 
Jim Dixon, Security Consultant - (479) 366-4527, email - Jim Dixon has designed hundreds of alarm systems for Arkansas Security customers in Northwest Arkansas and Southwest Missouri. With his background in law enforcement and emergency management, Jim has a very strong understanding of both residential and commercial security needs, and how to meet those needs. In addition to his residential and commercial security system experience, Jim brings a strong working knowledge of commercial fire protection to the table as well.Like so many of Arkansas Security's team, Jim is active in the community, serving on the Ambassadors Committees of both the Rogers/Lowell and Bentonville/Bella Vista Chambers of Commerce. Formerly the Sr. Pastor of a local church, he currently serves as Missions and Small Group Pastor at his church in Bentonville. He also serves as Police and Fire Chaplain for area departments. Jim is also a professional storm chaser, working for both a Tulsa and a NW Arkansas TV station.

Rick Beilfuss, Advanced Product Manager - (479) 981-0995, email - Rick has been a firefighter/paramedic, a contractor, and a low voltage integrator, before settling in as Arkansas Security's CCTV expert. “The people here are great, and the work is very challenging but intriguing. It keeps me on my toes.”
Ubaldo Lopez
Ubaldo Lopez, Security Technician - Ubaldo has lived in Springdale for many years and has installed a wide variety of systems for Arkansas Security for over ten years. He came to work for Arkansas Security because it is “a good job with a promising future. Everyone is very nice, and it’s a very solid company to work for.”
Landon Standley
Landon Standley, Security Technician - A Fayetteville native, Landon graduated from West Fork. He has worked in the security field for over four years, and he has been with Arkansas Security for over one year. He came to work with the team because, as he says, “We have a great team and structure. I like helping people feel secure and safe. I have fun with everyone, and it’s a very exciting business.”
Robert Hash
Robert Hash, Security Technician - A Springdale native, Robert graduated from Northwest Technical Institute with a certificate in advanced electronics. He also holds security certification level 1. He worked for four years in construction wiring, and has worked with telecommunications and structured wiring for five years.
Rich Landers
Rich Landers, Security Technician - For over ten years, Rich has worked as a certified alarm tech and universal-type tech for heating and air. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.
