He was basically very well-informed on security systems and exactly what I needed, so we ended up purchasing a security system and camera system. In less than two weeks, everything was installed. Matter of fact, it went so well that we upgraded.
Within two-and-a-half months of installing the system, we had a break-in, and with a camera system and also a security system, the alarms went off and the Springdale police showed up and we had everything on camera. I'd say that just in that one instance, the security system paid for itself.

It went really well. In fact, even later we've had some problems with our computers system, and they came out and helped us with that. Whenever we advertise, we tell our customers that there is security, that we have cameras on the gates and we're monitored, and it helps us sell our product."

I'm very comfortable with the system. It's a very reputable company, we don't have to worry about anybody. The sign itself is as much a deterrent as anything to somebody coming in, so we're very comfortable with our system.
For one, any time the door opens, you can hear the beep go off, so that way you know somebody's in the building or not. If anybody's working here at night, they can set the system on stay so that they're protected even though they're here, and can still move around, but the system is still armed.
So I highly recommend them; their service has been great, I've been a customer for seven years and personally for two years. I'm pretty happy with their service."

I recently moved to northwest Arkansas, and had been thinking about an alarm system because of all the equipment we have here, like computers and personal information, documents, and we've got financial reps who come in and out all the time, so I was looking seriously at an alarm system and didn't really know who to go to.
Jim Dixon came in one day and struck up a conversation with my director of operations, and she really liked him, and so I said I had to meet the guy and we would talk about alarms. I like the comfort level with Jim and the time he spent with me, understanding the different services that are out there. I like that he didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff that probably wasn't needed; he sold me what we needed.
I recommend them 110%, from not only buying an alarm system for the company, but we had Jim come out and do one for our house. I recommend Jim as a salesperson and Arkansas Security help with my needs."
