    A: We install both 2GIG Edge Panels and Qolsys IQ Panel 4 systems—two of the most reliable, modern, and mobile-ready alarm platforms on the market.

  • Q: Can I control my alarm system from my phone?

    A: Yes. Both 2GIG and Qolsys systems integrate with Alarm.com, allowing you to arm/disarm, receive alerts, view activity, and control smart devices from your smartphone or tablet.

  • Q: Do I need a contract for alarm monitoring?

    A: We offer flexible options, including both monthly payments, quarterly payments, and annual payment contract-based plans depending on your needs.

    A: We install Fire-Lite by Honeywell commercial fire alarm systems, known for their code compliance, reliability, and scalability.

    A: Yes. All our fire systems are designed to meet NFPA standards and are accepted by local AHJs. We also handle permitting and AHJ coordination for you.

  • Q: Can you inspect and service existing fire systems?

    A: Yes. We provide system takeovers, inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance for most commercial fire alarm panels.

Access Control Systems

  • Q: What access control systems do you offer?

    A: We install both Salto and Paxton access control systems—two of the top platforms for managing secure access across doors, buildings, or entire campuses.

  • Q: Can I manage access remotely?

    A: Absolutely. Both systems allow remote user management and access scheduling. Salto features full cloud control and mobile credentials, while Paxton offers centralized wired control and multi-door scalability.

    A: Yes. Every system we install is custom-designed based on your building layout, security needs, and long-term goals.

Troubleshooting & Support

  • Q: My alarm panel is showing a trouble alert—what should I do?

    A: Trouble alerts usually indicate a low battery, sensor issue, or communication problem. Check the status message and try clearing it. If the issue continues, call us for support or to schedule service.

  • Q: My cameras are offline or not loading.

    A: First, check your internet connection. If your system uses UniFi, try rebooting your NVR or network switch. For RazorView HD, reboot the NVR and check camera power. If that doesn’t work, give us a call.

  • Q: I'm not getting notifications from Alarm.com.

    A: Check that push notifications are enabled in both the Alarm.com app and your phone settings. Also verify that your notification rules are still active in the app.

  • Q: My fire alarm panel is beeping or showing a fault.

    A: This could indicate a power issue, battery fault, or dirty smoke detector. Fire-Lite panels typically display a code or description—make note of it and contact our team.

  • Q: My access control system isn’t unlocking the door.

    A: Check the power supply and network status. If you're using Salto or Paxton, ensure the credential or mobile app is still active and within range. Still having issues? Let us know and we’ll help resolve it.

  • Q: My siren went off but there's no obvious issue.

    A: False alarms can be caused by sensor movement (like a balloon, pet, or draft), low batteries, or communication issues. You can disarm the system and check the history log in Alarm.com to see what triggered the event.
